1. What is the first creative moment you remember?
The first creative moment I can remember was in the first grade. Every person in our class had to write a short story and I had remembered about this picture book about a boy and an apple tree. I immediately
started to retell the story. My teacher loved that story, probably because she never read the book. She told me I should continue with the story and expand it. I put it into a folder that our teacher had for us for our unfinished work. That draft was in that folder for the rest of the year and when I came back to it I had a completely different idea and I really loved the finished story.
2. Was anyone there to witness or appreciate it?
Yes my teacher was there and she was really supportive.
3. What is the best idea you’ve ever had?
The best idea I've ever had was in the 8th grade when I decided to approach life differently, I realized that every time i got upset or sad i could control that emotion. Since then I've been dissecting emotion itself, and decided that i don't want happiness like most people, but my life goal is peace.
4. What made it great in your mind?
What made it great was that because of it, I am living my life the way that i really want to. This is my philosophy and my life. I choose to not be angry or sad, and never let happiness overcome me, and not let fear control my life, and that is what makes this idea great.
5. What is the dumbest idea?
I've had a lot of dumb ideas, but who hasn't. But usually dumb ideas don't make it into the real world, but the dumbest idea that i actually worked on was in the 4th grade when i decided to write a story about a Mario video game.
6. What made it stupid?
It was stupid because I loved that idea at the time, but now that i look back on it, it seems really stupid.
7. Can you connect the dots that led you to this idea?
I got that video game for Christmas and that was all i was thinking about for all of school
